  I believe what you published made a bunch of sense.
  However, what about this? what if you were to create a killer headline?
  I am not saying your information isn't solid., however what if you added a title to possibly get folk's attention? I mean General Surgery is kinda plain. You should look at Yahoo's home page and note
  how they write post headlines to grab viewers to click.
  You might try adding a video or a pic or two to grab readers excited about
  everything've written. Just my opinion, it could make your blog a little livelier.
