  Have you ever thought about including a little bit more than just
  your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and everything.
  However just imagine if you added some great graphics or videos to give your posts more, "pop"!
  
  Your content is excellent but with images and clips, this site could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its niche.

  think on this, suppose you were to create a awesome headline?
  I ain't saying your content isn't good., however what
  if you added a post title that grabbed a person's attention? I mean General Surgery is
  kinda boring. You could look at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create post headlines to grab
  people to open the links. You might add a related video
  or a pic or two to get people excited about what you've written. Just my opinion, it could bring
  your website a little bit more interesting.

  I'm not sure why but this website is loading incredibly slow for me.
