  But, what about this? what if you were to create a killer post title?
  I am not suggesting your content isn't good, however suppose you added something thawt makes people desire more?
  
  I mean General Surgery is kinda plain. Yoou might peek at Yahoo's home page and watch how they write news headlihes tto get viewers interested.
  You might add a related video or a related pic or two to get people interested about everything've written. Just my opinion, it
  might make your posts a little livelier.

  Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found
  a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter
  and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and
  screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her

  Hmm is anyone else encountering problems with the images on this blog
