  First of all I want to say wonderful blog!
  
  I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do
  not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
  I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out
  there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

  When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox
  and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
  
  Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Cheers!
